Your Future Tasks
- You provide comprehensive support to our customers with the installation, commissioning, and optimization of our single-photon counters (time taggers), as well as related hardware and software products.
- You advise on complex technical issues and deliver support in the field of optical quantum technologies.
- You create application examples and tutorials to clearly demonstrate the capabilities of our systems.
- You collaborate closely with our development team to identify product improvements and define new features based on customer feedback.
- You analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Your Profile
- Completed university degree (preferably with a PhD) in physics, engineering, or comparable, demonstrable experience.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in single-photon counting at both the hardware and software level in a relevant field of optical quantum technologies.
- Strong understanding of the physical principles and experimental setups in the field of optical quantum technologies.
- Programming experience (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++) for controlling measurement systems and data analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus.
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer visits and support.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
