The trade-in does not have to be a PicoQuant product. Devices from any manufacturer can qualify, provided they belong to the corresponding product category.

Which Devices Qualify for Trade-In?
The device you return should be technically comparable to the new product category.
For example:
- Time tagger or TCSPC unit → ps-resolved multi-channel TCSPC
- ps gain-switched laser head → LDH series laser head
- Picosecond laser driver → compatible PicoQuant laser driver
Your old device does not need to be operational. Device comparability is assessed by PicoQuant on a case-by-case basis.
