The five day event consists of lectures and corresponding hands-on sessions. While the lectures deal with theory of F-techniques like FCS, FCCS, FLCS, FRET, FLIM and FRAP and their application in cell and developmental biology, the practical sessions in the afternoons cover steady-state and time-resolved experiments on various instruments provided by market leading companies. During a poster session and a welcome reception participants have the chance for further discussions with the instructors.
